Sam Berry
Sam Berry, Hearthside Owner & Operator, has been immersed in the fireplace and chimney industry since childhood, working alongside his father from an early age. With over 35 years of family experience, Sam joined forces with his brother Ryan at Certified Fireplace and Chimney (CFAC) in Topeka, growing the business into a reputable one-stop shop with multiple certified technicians and repair crews. Holding top industry certifications from CSIA (#8617) and NFI (#177060), Sam stays updated on industry advancements by attending the annual NCSG convention and pursuing ongoing training offered by the National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG) and various industry suppliers—and even hosts in-house training for other industry professionals. Passionate about helping clients, Sam enjoys tackling various projects, from routine chimney sweeps & cleanings to bringing clients’ dream fireplace remodels to life.
